This morning, Saturday, October 7th, the Madad Hadramout Center for Research and Strategic Studies organized a workshop titled “Studying the Needs of Youth in Hadramout in the Political Field” in the city of Sayoun. The workshop, facilitated by Mr. Mohammed Suleiman Mataran and Mr. Osama Fouad Barboud, discussed the main difficulties and obstacles hindering youth participation in the political arena and their effective contribution to decision-making centers. It also explored available opportunities that could be utilized to propel youth towards active political participation, along with proposing suggestions aimed at achieving this goal. During the workshop, Mr. Abdul Khaliq Al-Haddar, the president of the Madad Hadramout Center for Research and Strategic Studies, emphasized that the workshop falls within the center’s interest in political issues relevant to youth, striving to involve and support them in decision-making processes. The workshop concluded with an emphasis on the swift implementation of proposed solutions through scientific methods, by translating the presented proposals and recommendations into projects and activities adopted by the center to enhance political awareness among youth. The workshop was attended by a number of youth interested in the political field, who have a presence in the political arena.
